Details of the Opening: Start Date: 2/16/26 or as soon as credentialed/compliant (4-6 week lead) Contract Length: 8/31/26 Schedule: Provider will be scheduled according to the needs of the client Patients per day: 25-35 ppd 1 support staff (LPN, RN, MA) for every 12 patients.
