We have an IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED for the following position(s): Home Health Nurse - RN PRN in the South Clermont area (34714). Job Description: As a home health nurse RN, your responsibilities will be to assess patients' condition and initiate start of care face-to-face visits, perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review, administer medication as prescribed by the patient's physician, dress (or re-dress) wounds, provide patient education, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team regarding care plan progress, provide supervision and competency checks for RNs, LPNs, and CNA/HHAs as needed, and make recommendations for devices/tools/medications that might improve patient's quality of life.
