Job Overview Arbor Lane Memory Care and Specialty Care Assisted Living emphasizes the total well-being of our residents in a warm, newly updated and comfortable home. Located in Burnsville, MN on the Ebenezer Ridges Campus. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the senior memory care/assisted living residents are met. Supported by our DHS Nurse and Regional Nurse, plus compassionate resident assistants who are trained to pass medications. This full-time nursing schedule includes: 64 hours every two weeks Flexible! 12-8:30 pm or 3-11 pm, evening shift pay when working evenings Every other weekend and holiday rotation Generous benefits, including RN student loan repayment and college funds to further your education Responsibilities Implements new and updates current resident care plan Coordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and getting orders as needed Handles and supervises timely and accurate medication and treatment administration Acts as support to Director of Health Services to fill in as RN on call during scheduled times Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff Required Qualifications Associates Degree in Nursing Less than 1 year of nursing experience MN Registered Nurse (RN) License Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science Nursing 1 year of nursing experience Prior supervisory experience Prior experience in home care or an assisted living environment Benefit Overview Ebenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
