What Youll Do: Lead and manage commercial litigation cases: breach of contract, trade secrets, business torts, complex disputes Counsel clients on corporate law across the business lifecycle: entity formation, governance, mergers & acquisitions, contracts, restructuring Collaborate cross-functionally with internal team and clients to craft strategic, out-of-the-box legal solutions Serve as a trusted advisor, communicating clearly and proactively with clients Mentor more junior lawyers and contribute to the growth and culture of the practice Why join us?
