LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a well-established healthcare network in search of a customer-oriented individual for a contract-to-hire Patient Scheduling role based in the Bloomington, IN area! What You'll Be Doing Handle a high volume of calls daily to schedule appointments, procedures, and diagnostic tests for patients. Answer patient questions regarding the process for scheduled appointments and procedures. Communicate effectively with patients to ensure their understanding of appointment details and directions. Provide exceptional customer service via phone at all times.
