Administrative Assistant Location: Greenwich, CT Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM About the Opportunity A well-established nonprofit organization in Greenwich is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership and daily office operations. This role works closely with executive leadership and plays a key part in maintaining efficient administrative and HR processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities Answer phones and welcome visitors in a professional manner Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings Organize staff meetings, board meetings, and special events Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations Maintain electronic and physical filing systems Distribute incoming mail and manage office communications Reconcile expense and spending reports Take meeting minutes and support Board and committee interactions Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings and webinars Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes Support performance evaluation tracking within HR systems Help coordinate employee trainings and internal events Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional office environment Excellent organizational and multitasking skills High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information Strong written and verbal communication skills Benefits Health, dental, and life insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) / Flexible Spending options Retirement plan Paid time off Parental leave Employee discounts
