As a D&H Co-Owner you receive numerous discounts on services. We are looking for a Sales Order Entry Specialist to support our Modern Infrastructure Department. Responsibilities: Receive Purchase Orders from customers receive by email, fax, and mail. Enter Sales Orders into an Order Management System by typing. in the data on the Purchase Order quickly and without mistakes. Update existing Sales Orders. Follow account-specific rules while entering Sales Orders. Interact with Sales Reps and Sales Managers. Perform additional work-related duties as assigned. Requirements: Associates Degree or higher education preferred. Basic knowledge of computer hardware. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) of programs required. Familiarity with administrative duties. Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner. Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred; Typing speed and accuracy.
