Portal Entry Specialist (Supplier Portals & Billing) The Portal Entry Specialist manages the digital, end-to-end invoice-to-pay workflow across supplier portals (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle iSupplier) and government procurement/payment portals. This role serves as a bridge between Procurement, Accounts Payable, and external suppliers, ensuring supplier enablement, invoice accuracy, and policy compliance within e-procurement ecosystems. You will monitor portal queues, resolve discrepancies quickly, and keep data clean so invoices post and pay on time. Key Responsibilities Supplier enablement & onboarding: Create/maintain supplier records, invite suppliers to designated portals, validate tax forms, banking, and compliance artifacts. PO-to-Invoice processing: Convert POs to invoices (PO flip), submit and track invoices/credit memos, and ensure 3-way match integrity (PO, receipt, invoice). Issue resolution: Research invoice holds (price/qty mismatches, tax, goods receipts, duplicate checks), coordinate with buyers/AP, and drive timely resolution with suppliers. Portal administration: Own day-to-day queues and SLAs in Ariba, Coupa, iSupplier, and government portals; troubleshoot supplier access, and catalog submission issues. Data quality & reporting: Maintain clean supplier and transaction data; publish metrics (cycle time, first-pass yield, exception rates) and support month-end close.
