The Compensation Solutions Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and implementing our compensation and performance management strategy. This position balances technical analysis with high-level process design; identify business challenges and opportunities, and create solutions that are scalable, efficient, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. We are seeking a candidate with strong background in both compensation analysis and business process management. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Lead efforts to optimize compensation and performance management operations by streamlining processes and implementing automation, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Develop and maintain a comprehensive "Compensation and Performance Management Playbook," documenting policies, SOPs, and philosophy to ensure consistency across the global HR team. Collaborate with HRIT and other technical teams to develop and enhance compensation software solutions. Help integrate new tools and automate existing processes for more efficient data management and reporting. Develop, implement, and support technology solutions to support Global Reward initiatives such as salary benchmarking, internal equity, assessing market competitiveness, focal compensation planning, and other programs to drive compensation strategies that support organizational goals. Serve as a trusted subject matter expert for cross-functional partnersinternal stakeholders, partner organizations and global Rewards team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field, combined with 8+ years of Global Rewards experience. Preferably with international, high-tech or semiconductor industry knowledge. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights Strong understanding of global compensation practices, market trends and regulatory requirements High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced) with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and database management. Experience with Workday and Radford preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders all levels.
