Continuous Improvement Intern Job Category: Quality & Compliance Requisition Number: CONTI001871 Posted: March 2, 2026 Full-Time On-site Houston, TX 77041, USA Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Document current- and future-state process flow and standard operating procedures Collect and analyze data to measure process performance and track key metrics Support continuous improvement projects from start to finish Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables to ensure successful completion Prepare project status reports and presentations Gather and analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Conduct root cause analysis to address operational issues Work cross functionally Facilitate meetings and workshops Present findings and recommendations within the organization Required Qualifications: Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word Analytical and problem solving Basic understanding of Continuous Improvement i.e. Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis Data visualization software (PowerBI) experience is a plus Familiarity with process mapping software Competencies Solutions orientated and time management skills Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently.
