Review the clients medical history and referral information. Develop an individualized treatment plan. Treat clients with a multitude of therapies such as manual therapy, exercise rehab, and neuromuscular re-education. Maintain client records by keeping track of goals and progress, while adapting treatment plans accordingly. Create and evolve home treatment programs. Pursue continuing education to improvement your clinical skills. The Ideal Candidate Will: Have a passion for physical therapy. Have the ability to work in a team oriented environment. Have a willingness to learn the complex nuances of effective documentation. Be willing to share professional skills with other team members. Pursue a dry needling certification and become proficient in diagnostic ultrasound.
