As an Experienced Printing Machine Operator, you will run Garant, Beasley, and/or Weber printing and converting machines, ensuring smooth operations through job set-up, troubleshooting ink, glue, and plate issues, and delivering top-quality results. This role is vital to meeting customer demands and expanding our skilled team. What You'll Bring 13 years of experience in printing, converting, flexible packaging or related industries Proven mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to stand for 10 hours and lift to 50 lbs Knowledge of Beasley, Garant, Weber, or related bag machines (preferred) What We Offer Work schedule: 10-hour shifts, MondayThursday Night Shift: 8:10 PM 6:35 AM No weekends or holidays!
