Technical Product Manager 5 6 years of experience working as a Technical Product Manager for global eCommerce projects. Partner with stakeholders to develop capability roadmaps. Define prioritized feature-sets to address customer pain-points and needs. Create user stories and other required input and direction to the Scrum team; own the backlog and keep the team fully engaged building the highest priority features and enhancements. Drive continual product improvements and inform the product roadmap with new ideas based on ongoing customer research, market/competitive analysis, and product performance indicators. Develop and evangelize the vision for your product, short-term and long-term. Build strong working relationships and alignment with peers in product, data science, engineering, legal, and marketing. Define and communicate clear success criteria for each release. Drive feature development and innovations that delight customers and enable rich, frictionless product experiences. Established a framework that ensures we focus on the right priorities with the largest potential impact. Proven track record of delivering minimum viable products and business models to market at rapid speed for complex products. Drive the creation of metrics that can be used internally to monitor impact and refinement of features, and can be presented externally to customers and partners. Manager Notes: We are hiring for a new Org within global technology. This is the Technical Product Management (TPM). These roles are all within e-commerce section. The manager will need Product Managers with a Technical background. A development background is helpful. Almost all of them need to be able to understand and participate in technical solutioning and engage with the business partners. We need a mix of both. I will look for someone with an ability to engage with the business partner don't always agree with what is being put forward. To understand the ecosystem and the weakness of the platforms. Participate actively and vocally in these convos. On the technology side I would want them to hold the engineering counterparts responsible for delivery and actively participate in technology solutions. This is among the set of roles where someone needs to have SME experience. That means they must have prior working experience on Bot Migration Bots are scripts that visit the Nike site and Apps like that do in any other site in the world. We need a technical Product Manager that has managed bots on large scale consumer facing websites and apps. Classic challenges would be you get 10x traffic and it overruns the website. They need to be able to mitigate those kinds of issues. They should also have worked on global web sites as opposed to just national or local websites. Ie when a new shoe is released bots can place orders for 100 shoes upon release and you want to protect and prevent that from happening. Duties: Understand Nike's e-commerce ecosystem and where we see impact from bots. Using your expertise in this space, work with the engineering and product team on solutions to mitigate this impact. Utilize your knowledge in the scaling or fraud prevention space to derive complex solutions that fit Nike's unique needs and drive those to execution. Prior experience with large consumer-facing sites, identifying and managing bots experience with 3rd party vendor products. Experience on global sites needed.
