Physical Therapist - Outpatient Baylor Scott & White Institute of Rehabilitation is seeking a full time physical therapist with orthopedic experience and excellent manual therapy skills to join our team in McKinney. This clinic sees a variety of conditions including ortho diagnoses from post-op repairs to work injuries to chronic pain, pts vestibular disorder. Candidates should be energetic, dedicated to serve patients, possess excellent relationship-building qualities, and have a go-getter attitude. Experience in OP is preferred, but not required. Compensation depends on candidate's years of experience and internal equity. Minimum pay: $75,920.00. Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan. Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment Patient case load average: 10-12 patients a day Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Promoting continuous quality improvement Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a physical therapist required.
