JOB DESCRIPTION: Exodus Healthcare Network is a two-location multispecialty clinic in the west part of the Salt Lake Valley. Providing quality care for a diverse population of patients. We are seeking a full-time dynamic board-certified family medicine physician to join our family medicine team in Magna and West Valley City, Utah where we provide family medicine services to those communities.
