Job Description Oversee all phases of luxury residential projects. Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance. Collaborate with estimators and superintendents for flawless execution. Maintain client and owner's rep relationships to ensure satisfaction. Drive quality, safety, and timely delivery across all projects.
