Schedule: 24hr Call 7a-7a Coverage Dates: o 2/17 o 2/19, 2/21 & 2/23 & 2/25 o 2/27, 3/1 & 3/3 o 3/7, 3/9 & 3/11 o 3/17 o 3/22 & 3/24 o 3/26, 3/28, 3/30 & 4/1 o 4/11, 4/13 & 4/15 o 4/21 o 4/23 & 4/28 o 5/1 & 5/3 o 5/12 o 5/14, 5/16, 5/18 & 5/20 o 5/21, 5/23, 5/25 & 5/27 o 6/2 o 6/4, 6/6 & 6/8 o 6/16 o 6/18, 6/20, 6/22 & 6/24 o 6/26 & 6/30 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Active Maryland License or IMLC in hand to be considered Providers with an IMLC can interview but cannot credential or book shifts until licensed Must be willing to obtain the Maryland CDS (Controlled and Dangerous Substance) and Maryland DEA to work at Western Maryland Required Certifications: BLS, CPR Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): 1 JOB INFORMATION Trauma Level: III Typical Day: Cover all deliveries and emergent GYN surgeries over 24 hours AVG Admissions While on Call: 5-7 Provider will not work solo Other Specialties Onsite: CT Surgery, Neurosurgery, Neurology, Pulmonary, Nephrology, Cardiology
