Essential Duties and Responsibilities General: utilize hand tools, power tools & equipment including fork trucks and automobiles to maintain, repair and fabricate items throughout the grounds and facility. Perform common housekeeping tasks related to a factory environment (i.e. trash removal, recycling, floor and carpet maintenance, painting, assembly of pre-fabricated items, & furniture moving). Support Industrial Engineers with 5S Initiatives. Support HR and Employee's Club with company events. Open and close facility if required. Other duties as assigned But what else? Team player, and excellent attendance record is a must Must be able to work flexible hours. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or GED 1-3 years related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience. Examples: Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Purchasing or related field and 8+ years purchasing negotiation experience in a fast paced manufacturing sector such as Aerospace, Automotive, High tech, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires 5 years management or supervisory experience working with a team of 10+ members.
