Project Manager We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to support our client's project management team in executing client initiatives and internal workflows. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in an agency or similar fast-paced environment, with exposure to project coordination, traffic management, or project support tasks. This role is heavily focused on documentation, tracking, team communication, and day-to-day operational support. Key Responsibilities Maintain organized project documentation including briefs, scopes, schedules, status trackers, and meeting notes. Project planning and initiation of defined project scopes, goals, deliverables, and success criteria. Track tasks, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple project workflows. Assist with scheduling, meeting prep, and follow-up action items. Support communication between internal teams and stakeholders. Monitor project progress and flag timeline or resource risks to supervisors. Input and update project management tools (Hive, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.). Assist with file organization, digital asset management, and clerical project tasks. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in an agency setting (creative, marketing, media, or digital). Experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, Jr. PM, or Traffic Manager preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational habits. Comfort managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to ask questions, take initiative, and learn quickly. Experience with project management software strongly preferred. Work Style & Qualities Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments. Collaborative and comfortable interacting across teams. Calm under pressure and deadline-oriented. Coachable and open to feedback. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $27.00 - $31.00
