Location: Santa Clara, CA 95050 Position Type: Full time Start Date: 8/1/25 expected Duration: 1 year contract Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00a-5:00p About the Role Seeking a dedicated and experienced MD/DO for a family medicine clinic in Jersey Enfield, CT. This is a locum tenens opportunity to provide high-quality care in a Primary Care setting. Key Responsibilities Standard outpatient primary care, all acute and chronic conditions Manage 20 patients per day using the Epic EMR system Deliver services in a collaborative, supportive environment Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and standards Qualifications Board Certified (BC) MD/DO Active DEA and BLS certifications Connecticut license Minimum 2 year of clinical experience in either family or internal medicine Strong communication and patient care skills
