A facility located near Green Bay, Wisconsin, is seeking a Lead Primary Care Physician to join their team! Salary Range: Starts at $253,000 / annually + performance-based bonuses Lead Primary Care Physician: Full-time or part-time permanent position The clinic is open Monday Friday, flexible schedule Comprehensive benefits package including 4 weeks PTO and time for CME and CME fund Lead Primary Care Physician Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including patient history, examinations, evaluation, treatment, and patient education Oversee development and implementation of clinical practice standards, procedures and protocols. Participate in clinical audits and evaluations Medical Director Requirements: MD or DO from an accredited medical program Board-certified or eligible in internal medicine Experience in quality assurance, utilization review, and continuous quality improvement The Location: Part of the third-largest metropolitan area in Wisconsin Lively and walkable downtown, famous for hosting the annual Mile of Music festival Ranks as one of the best cities to live for plenty of reasons, starting with affordable housing, safe neighborhoods and a low cost of living
