Locums only - CRNA assignment in NE Oklahoma just east of Muskogee, OK. Start ASAP and run through February minimum Schedule: Monday thru Friday with on-call duty (2-5 per month) includes weeknights (Friday), weekends (Saturday/Sunday and federal holidays working 3/12's Hospital based opportunity Not an Anesthesia Care Team model. No anesthesia technician and pharmacy technician services Will provide Nurse Anesthesia (within scope of practice and standards of care) for General Cases, including some pediatric, MAC cases primarily endoscopy cases Regional cases primarily C-sections and peripheral nerve blocks; labor and delivery epidural service where hospital has over 1000 deliveries per year Critical care support services No hearts and no heads Cerner electronic health record Must have clean record and background 1099, Hourly Rate, malpractice insurance covered, mileage and lodging included.
