Pediatrician (MD/DO) Greater Sacramento Area, CA (Multiple Locations Available) Compensation: $231,000 $300,000 annually (based on experience) Full-Time Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM or 4-Day (10-Hour) Schedule We are seeking an experienced Pediatrician to join a respected, mission-driven community health organization serving diverse and underserved populations throughout the Greater Sacramento region. This is an outpatient-only opportunity within a collaborative, team-based setting focused on access, prevention, and high-quality pediatric care. Experience Requirements Minimum 2+ years of post-residency experience required No new graduates Community health or FQHC experience preferred Position Overview The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive primary care services for children and adolescents from birth through age 19. The role requires comfort managing preventive care, acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and developmental and behavioral concerns in a structured, productivity-focused outpatient environment.
