Job Responsibilities Operate stand-up high-reach and sit-down forklifts Load and unload trailers accurately and efficiently Move, stage, and store pallets in freezer, dock, and production areas Perform product put-away and order movement Work in cold environments ranging from sub-zero to 32F Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Job Requirements 3+ years of recent high-reach forklift experience (required) Experience loading and unloading trailers Order picking and warehouse experience required Cold storage or freezer warehouse experience strongly preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Basic math skills and strong attention to detail Ability to read, speak, and understand English Willingness to work occasional overtime or weekends if needed Why Apply?
