Plant Controller's primary responsibilities: Oversee core accounting functions, including cost and variance analysis, inventory management, and operational reviews Lead timely and accurate financial closings—monthly, quarterly, and annually Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant regulatory standards Develop and enforce robust internal controls and accounting policies Strengthen reporting and analytics to support strategic business decisions Manage capital expenditure planning and budgeting processes What You Bring as the next Plant Controller: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or Finance Background in audit (internal or external) is a strong advantage Proficiency with ERP systems CPA or CMA certification (active or in progress) is Required If you’re ready to lead with confidence, influence financial direction, and contribute to the success of a well-established industry leader, we’d love to hear from you.
