Palliative Care RN Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day One Benefits NO On Call! Territory: Team 2 encompasses Berwyn, Broadview, Riverside, but also Chicago. Position Purpose: The Palliative Care RN is responsible for patients and families in the palliative care program. Provides Palliative care clinical consultation. What You Will Do: Collaborates with manager in the development of performance measurements for the Palliative Care Program to ensure continuous quality improvement; ensures implementation Motivates/supports employees for exemplary performance on internal and external customer service, productivity, and accuracy Provides statistical/budgetary data to appropriate Palliative care program Works collaboratively with all departments to ensure execution of quality delivery of services Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an approved nursing education program. Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice. CPR certification Hospice/Palliative Care certification preferred.
