Heavy Highway Concrete Laborer/Mason

Concrete Laborer/Mason We are seeking a Concrete Laborer and/or Mason to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our heavy highway construction projects. Responsibilities Assist with general construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and operating hand and power tools Mixing, pouring, cleaning, assisting with forms. Finishing, shaping, and leveling the surface for durability and aesthetics. Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project success Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience in construction or related industry preferred Travel is required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions Basic math and measurement skills Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
