Customer Service Specialist/TPW III (Open) Eugene T. Mahoney State Park is currently seeking a welcoming and customer-focused person to fill a Customer Service position at the Peter Kiewit Lodge. You will be working with customers to set up cabin and lodge room reservations, answering calls and giving park information to guests. You will also be working with our Group Functions department to help with group rental facilities in the park. Every day is a new adventure in this exciting position! Weekends will be required for this position. Job Duties: Make cabin and lodge room reservations for guests in person and over the phone, giving information on specific cabin types, pricing, and activity information for time of stay. Maintain reservation system records and coordinate with other park offices to make sure that cabins are clean and maintained for incoming guests. Work with our Group Functions department to schedule and reserve group rental facilities. Provide park information and related services to visitors and staff by phone or in person. Sell park permits and other resale items. Perform related duties as required. Requirements / Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: At least three months experience working in a recreational area, scenic attraction, hospitality, historical, retail or customer service setting, agricultural setting, or related coursework/training.
