Clinical Operations Manager The Clinical Operations Manager will oversee and provide direct supervision to all clinic staff, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and promptly in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. This role involves assisting with staff onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires, conducting performance check-ins, and providing coaching and feedback to team members. The manager will generate and maintain staffing, incident, and workflow reports for leadership review, respond to all codes timely to ensure rapid intervention, and perform all other assigned duties. Responsibilities Oversee and supervise all clinic staff. Ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely according to departmental policies. Assist with staff onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires. Conduct performance check-ins and provide coaching and feedback to team members. Generate and maintain staffing, incident, and workflow reports for leadership review. Respond to all codes promptly to ensure rapid intervention. Develop, update, and implement workflows, policies, and procedures to support urgent care operations. Manage staff assignments and ensure appropriate coverage. Serve as a resource for clinical and ancillary personnel. Essential Skills Acute care experience. Current California RN license. AHA BLS certification. Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience in urgent care, emergency, or acute care settings. 3 years supervisory or charge nurse/house supervisor experience. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to effectively establish and maintain positive professional relationships. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Ability to provide high-quality customer service and handle inquiries and complaints professionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other computer software. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Experience in high acuity urgent care settings. Work Environment The Clinical Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing clinical nursing and ancillary staff on the urgent care floor. This position provides leadership, direction, and daily operational support to ensure efficient operation and high-quality patient care. The team consists of 12 staff members, 13-14 RNs, and additional front desk staff. The role primarily involves oversight, with the need to step in as required. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts from 9 am to 6 pm, with the clinic open seven days a week. Occasional weekend work may be required. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Apple Valley, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $135200.00 - $149995.00/yr. Medical Dental Vision 401k Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Apple Valley, CA.
