Client Care Coordinator We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to provide administrative support to our legal team and deliver excellent service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and capable of handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities: Greet clients, answer phones, and manage email inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for lawyers and staff Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence Maintain client files and ensure all records are accurate and up to date Coordinate client communications and follow-ups to ensure excellent service Handle data entry, filing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks Support daily operations of the office and assist with special projects as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative or legal support role preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic legal software (training provided if needed) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Financial experience in banking, investments, bookkeeping or insurance Why work for Qualified Staffing?
