Maintenance Mechanic

Now Hiring For Various Maintenance Roles Near Mechanicsburg, PA The Maintenance Mechanic will provide comprehensive electrical and mechanical maintenance support. You will be responsible for adhering to a preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment, including food-grade machinery, boilers, conveyors, and other manufacturing machinery. The role requires mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and replacement capabilities. Pay Rate: $30-$35/hour based on experience Responsibilities Provide electrical and mechanical maintenance support to high-speed manufacturing equipment. Adhere to a preventive maintenance schedule for all machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical components and equipment. Work with food-grade equipment, boilers, conveyors, and related manufacturing machinery. Utilize skills in blueprint reading, schematic understanding, and mechanical repair. Perform maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a permanent position based out of Mechanicsburg, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $67600.00 - $83200.00/yr. Vacation/Benefits info Given 2 weeks PTO right away, a month after hire. From 1-6 years of service you will earn a total of 144 hours. Cannot carry hours over into the next year, but can at end of year cash in up to 40 hours of PTO. 32 hours of sick leave for the year - will be prorated based on when their start date is if they get the full amount right away.
