We work closely with clients, field teams, and trade partners to keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule.Position SummarySher Contracting is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage estimating, permitting, subcontractors, scheduling, budgets, and day-to-day project execution while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction.The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and confident managing multiple moving parts across field operations, vendors, and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage project estimates, budgets, and cost projectionsReview plans/specifications and assist with scope development during pre-constructionCoordinate and pull permits and ensure compliance with local codes and regulationsDevelop and maintain project schedules and timelinesManage subcontractors and vendors, including scope alignment, scheduling, and performance oversightLead project kickoff meetings and ongoing coordination with clients, field teams, and trade partnersTrack project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues quickly to avoid delaysManage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentationConduct site visits to monitor quality, safety, and production progressEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectationsSupport billing/invoicing documentation and project closeout requirementsMaintain strong communication with internal leadership and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleQualifications5+ years of experience in construction project management (commercial, industrial, or related projects preferred)Proven experience with estimating, permitting, and subcontractor coordinationStrong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project controlsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsExperience managing multiple projects and deadlines at the same timeStrong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with project management software is a plusValid drivers license and reliable transportation (if site travel is required)Preferred QualificationsExperience in commercial/industrial construction environmentsKnowledge of local permitting processes and inspectionsOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationEstimating software experience (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Procore, Buildertrend, or similar)Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceGrowth opportunity within a fast-growing companySupportive team environmentOpportunity to help shape systems and processes as we scale recblid 7r29yau72on06s83xdy7dlqizrgyv4
