TEAM LEADER

Team Leader The team leader is responsible for supporting the management team by demonstrating a selling behavior. The team leader is responsible for supporting team members with daily operations, processes, and tasks as needed and overseeing the floor leadership. The team leader supports the promotion of a positive work environment and the development of team members. Essential functions: Assist the store manager/assistant store manager with daily operations, processes, and tasks as needed Support sales and service to customers and resolve issues Maintain, recover, and display merchandise according to standards Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues Oversee all methods of loss prevention and monitor all methods of product protection Assist the store manager/assistant store manager in maintaining control of the companys standards for fashion, color, and quality Assist with training new sales associates Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment or related field High level of integrity Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations Demonstrated proficiency in using personal computer and software applications Environmental demands: Constant standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, gripping, and lifting up to 55 lbs
