Project Manager

Now Hiring: Project Manager | Fort Worth, TX (Onsite) A rapidly growing, privately held national leader in warehouse storage and material handling solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Fort Worth team. This organization operates across multiple states, supports nationwide clients, and is on track for significant revenue growth over the next 25 years. With over 100 employees and a collaborative leadership team, they are known for delivering turnkey, innovative, and cost-effective warehouse solutions. This is a newly created role due to growth. What Youll Do: Oversee projects from kickoff through completion Coordinate internal teams, vendors, sales, and clients Review blueprints and develop material lists Manage delivery schedules, installation timelines, and logistics Handle permitting and licensing requirements Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope Travel approximately 25% for site oversight and licensing What Were Looking For: 5+ years of Project Management or Project Coordination experience Direct experience with pallet racking / warehouse systems installation highly preferred (construction background required if no direct racking experience) Experience reviewing blueprints and working with AutoCAD (preferred) Permit acquisition experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking software Strong communication, urgency, and time management skills Compensation & Benefits: $80K$110K base salary Discretionary bonus (45 figure payouts historically) 401(k) with employer match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance PTO, paid holidays, and additional voluntary benefits This is a fully onsite role in Fort Worth with flexibility for real-life needs (family, sick days, etc.).
