Integrated Logistics Support Manager Supports activity requirement for implementation of: Support Equipment, Spares, Repairs, Kit Management, Technical Manuals, Training, Material requirements, Supplier coordination, Activation, Modification and Depot requirements. Supports creation of internal and external executive level presentations, ensures messages are communicated correctly and consistently. Performs ILSM oversight for the program to include leading all comprehensive logistics and sustainment planning and support requirements. Creates, implements & maintains the Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP) (or equivalent per program) that outlines requirements for the program. Ensures that all support system elements are integrated into the overall Air Vehicle Design/Air System Playbook and specifications. Works closely with the program management teams to ensure comprehensive logistics, sustainment planning, and support requirements meet contractual obligations. Experience working and/or briefing cross-functional internal and/or external customers; to include project management (i.e. managing cost/schedule/budget, managing to program deadlines, Risk Opportunity mgt.). Demonstrated experience with aircraft logistics support (i.e. cost, schedule, budget, program deadlines, Risk and Opportunity mgt.) Cost/Control Account Management (CAM) experience Understanding of Integrated Product Support Elements (IPSE) of Sustainment Working knowledge of Systems Engineering Working knowledge of Proposal or Capture experience. Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
