Executive Assistant This is not your typical executive assistant role. The executive assistant is the right hand to the chief impact officer (CIO), a trusted thought partner, master organizer, problem-solver, and occasional calm-in-the-storm for a very busy executive leading high-impact, community-focused work. You must be someone who loves lists and people, can juggle a packed calendar without breaking a sweat, and brings a positive, "we've got this" energy to everything you touch. You must thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and care about mission-driven work that truly makes a difference. You're proactive, organized, resourceful, and fun to work with, someone who sees what needs to be done and justdoes it. PAY RATE: $70,000-$85,000 per yearIN-OFFICE REQUIRED M-F The SoLa Foundation is the community-centered platform advancing equitable economic mobility in historically disinvested communities across South Los Angeles, working to deliver lasting, measurable outcomes. Led by chief impact officer Sherri Francois, the foundation focuses on designing and implementing workforce development initiatives, education and career pipelines, youth and internship programs, and resident-centered services that expand access to opportunity and economic participation. Guided by a data-driven, people-first approach, our social impact focus works collaboratively with the foundation, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, civic leaders, and private-sector partners to ensure accountability, transparency, and long-term sustainability.
