Full time call center position needed for both AM and PM shifts: 8:00AM-4:00PM OR 12:00PM - 8:00PM Monday-Friday AND every other Saturday 9:00AM-3:00PM. Responsibilities include: Scheduling incoming lead inquiries (inbound calls and internet leads). Assist our sales representatives with appointment details. Communicate effectively with current and potential customers. Required qualifications/skills: Strong sales skills including the ability to handle objections Ability to multitask managing tasks on computer and phone concurrently. Efficiently managing call volumes, handling inquiries promptly, and meeting targets require good time management skills. Proficient in typing Call center experience preferred (1-3 years) Compensation and benefits: Salary: $18.00 per hour plus a bonus commission scale (potential to earn $52,000+ annually). Health insurance coverage. Full-time position: Monday to Friday with every other Saturday.
