Assistant Controller Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid) Compensation: $120,000 $130,000 My client is a rapidly expanding, mission-driven healthcare organization generating over $50M in revenue with projected growth of 40% in the coming year. What Youll Do Manage and execute a timely, accurate, and well?controlled close process. Enhance accounting workflows, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. Maintain compliance for a portfolio of 30+ leases. Create and implement a robust fixed asset system, policies, and SOPs. Provide direction, coaching, and development for the accounting team. Experience Needed Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. Certifications: CPA or CMA strongly preferred. GAAP?ready corporate audit experience. Experience in multi?site healthcare or private equity?backed growth is a strong plus. Proven success driving implementation projects and process improvements. 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
