Part Time Guest Services Specialist I The Anaheim Convention Center is seeking a dynamic and team oriented Part Time Guest Services Specialist I to join the team. The Part Time Guest Services Specialist I is the frontline representative for the department, providing receptionist support to customers in-person and over the telephone, and performs various clerical duties as assigned to support the Administrative Operations of the department. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of one (1) year of experience involving public contact and heavy telephone and receptionist duties; and performing general clerical work. Prior experience in a convention center or similar type venue is highly desirable. Competitive candidates will possess: A minimum of 20 hours of availability Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays between hours of 5:00am - 12:00am. Ideal candidates will also be available to be scheduled Mondays through Thursdays, from 5:00am-12:00am. Customer service experience within a fast-paced office environment and assisting a high volume of customers in person and over the telephone with multiple lines Ability to multi-task and exercise good judgment Ability to work well in a team, possessing a friendly and engaging personality with a helpful and enthusiastic attitude; eager to problem solve and assist others Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) This is a part time position averaging 20 hours per week. A minimum number of hours is not guaranteed. Candidates must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
