A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours. Local Team Collaboration: Join our established team of 20 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers (APPs) at AdventHealth Palm Coast and AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway. Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, many of whom are bilingual in English and Spanish. Benefit from strong leadership and a clinical performance nurse who supports our team. Qualifications: Board-certified in internal medicine or family medicine. Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment. Scheduling: Flexible scheduling options, including nocturnist shifts, are available to support work-life balance, with teammates providing collaborative coverage when needed. We value flexibility, allowing you to spend time outdoors or with your family while fulfilling your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage complex cases with the support of a dedicated team. ICU is closed. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings with pharmacy and case management every morning to discuss patient care plans.
