Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. Support patient and family education initiatives to promote understanding and recovery. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current Registered Nurse licensure; Compact Nurse License accepted. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a PCU or step-down nursing role. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Ability to work the night shift and deliver high-quality care.
