Credit Administrator Looking for an experienced Credit Administrator with a strong background in commercial collections and credit portfolios. Leading supplier of wireless communications infrastructure and mobile products located in Santa Fe Springs is in need of an experienced Credit Administrator. Credit Administrator Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 27.50 / hour Full Time and Part Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Review order queue to ensure orders are being addressed in a timely manner. Manage a credit portfolio. Review customer account history, past payments, average days to pay, credit limit, for order release. Research and resolve disputes, payment variances. Communicate with sales and review customer orders that are pending release. Utilizing weekly past due aging in addition to 30/60/90 aging report. Systematically contacting customers based on past due and amount status Contact customers via email and telephone to address account status, schedule account follow up, and escalate matters in a timely manner to Credit Supervisor. Credit Administrator Qualifications: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related commercial collections experience. Post-secondary business education preferred; high school diploma required. Credit Collections background Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
