Required Skills: Valid ND medical license and DEA license Proven proficiency in urological procedures, including cystoscopy and dilation Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Ability to perform clinic and call duties efficiently Excellent communication and patient care skills Experience with EMR systems, preferably EPIC Nice to Have Skills: Experience with post-operative patient management and hospital rounding Prior exposure to robotic procedures (though not required) Familiarity with hospital-based outpatient procedures Availability for scheduled coverage within specified dates Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification or eligibility in Urology Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in urology practice Prior locum or temporary coverage experience is advantageous Other Requirements: Must successfully complete credentialing within 90 days Be prepared for ongoing availability on specific dates as scheduled Support staff includes 3 RNs and 1 CNA to assist in procedures and patient care Travel expenses are covered if applicable; lodging at preferred hotels is recommended No out-of-country travel required This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to patient health while enjoying competitive pay—Hourly rate to be discussed.
