Administrative Support Specialist The Administrative Support Specialist works to support business functionality with general administrative duties, communications, and facilitating company programs. The Administrative Support Specialist should expect to work with multiple departments within the business and should have excellent organizational skills and a willingness to learn. Duties/Responsibilities: Supports Payroll Manager with maintaining and updating weekly payroll reports, attendance reports and payroll processing. Assists with entering invoices/requisitions in Oracle. Supports Accounts Receivable (AR)/Accounts Payable (AP). Assists Team Member Experience Manager with recruiting/onboarding, company events and company programs. Assists with document processing/scanning. Answers telephone, redirects calls and takes messages. Perform other office duties assigned. Competencies: Creative Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time. Utilize office equipment- e.g photocopier, printer(s), fax, laminator. Intermediate computer skills- word processing, spreadsheet creation. Communicates clearly and effectively with co-workers/vendors/customers. Prioritizes and uses time efficiently. Minimum Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with Canva a plus. Able to multi-task and adapt to changes with ease. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Possess strong customer service skills. High School diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years office experience a plus. Able to comply with all company policies and procedures. Cooperative and collaborative, able to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment. Assist with miscellaneous duties as required. Must be able to work in a sedentary environment; independently operate a computer, phone, copier. Why Clayton?
