Job Description Summary: We are looking for a Senior Client Success Advocate that supports the account management teams. The Senior Client Success Advocate will be a contact point with all departments to ensure clients are supported and their needs are met. You will ensure that communication with existing clients is met, and their needs are supported. Conduct client training with new and existing clients. What You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities) Update and maintain customer data in CRM Monthly and custom report generation Provide full support for specific client portfolios Participate/Lead Client Training sessions Work across all Departments to support Client needs Assist in onboarding new Clients Maintain monthly contact with existing Client base Outbound Client calls to drive product adoption Attend events within assigned territory Manage relationships with PMC (Property management Companies) Clients Grow revenue, increase sales (current & new products) Increase participation and utilization by PMCs Coordinate Client needs with ePremium organization Qualifications What We're Looking For (Minimum qualifications): Basic Excel functionality Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment Flexibility to transition from one task to another People skills Business and organizational skills Time management Verbal and written communication Strong phone etiquette Overcome objections in sales process Public speaking for presentations and training Develop Client needs analysis and present outcomes Ability to maintain relationships at all levels of Client Collect competitive and market information Strong problem-solving capabilities Focus on high levels of customer satisfaction with clients Strong analytical capabilities Work in partnership with Sales organization Leverage existing Clients for new/additional business Leadership capabilities Oral and written presentation skills Education Requirements: High school degree or equivalent, some advanced study preferred Type: Salary, Exempt, Full-Time Location: Mason, Ohio Travel- Up to 20% Benefits Include: Competitive Pay Health Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Plans Health Savings Accounts Retirement Savings Plan (401K) with discretionary company match Short and Long Term Disability Company Paid $25,000.00 life insurance Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance Employee Assistance Program Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Paid Volunteer Time Inhabit Employee Discount Programs Our Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all federal, state, and local laws, including providing reasonable accommodations to applicants.
