Procurement Analyst

Procurement Analyst (ERP: SAP Or Concur) Support the rollout of phase 2 of a new purchase ordering system across the organization. Assist with training delivery and provide stakeholder support to ensure successful adoption of the system. Act as a key point of contact, offering expert guidance on procurement processes and systems while building strong relationships and influencing a wide range of stakeholders. Responsibilities: Support the rollout of phase 2 of the purchase ordering system. Assist in delivering training and providing stakeholder support for system adoption. Act as a key point of contact for procurement processes and systems. Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders. Support phase 1 implementation by increasing system usage. Monitor purchase orders and analyze usage data to identify key stakeholders. Target stakeholders for improved system adoption and engagement. Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve purchase order queries. Essential Skills: 4+ years of procurement experience. Experience with procurement systems, particularly SAP Concur PO. Proficiency in procurement, purchase orders, and vendor management. Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills. Experience with ERP systems and implementation documentation. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience within a large or multi-regional organization. Familiarity with core procurement principles and systems. Strong communication abilities. Confidence in engaging internal stakeholders and external vendors. Proven ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in procurement. Work Environment: The role offers a hybrid work environment with 2 days in the office that you can choose and 3 days remote. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
