Details Work in the ICU/CCU unit of a hospital setting Patient assignments typically follow a 1:2 or 1:3 ratio, subject to census and staffing Night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30 Bi-weekly orientation provided Uses Meditech EMR, with experience required Contract length is 8 weeks Requirements Active WV or compact RN license required Minimum of 2 years current ICU/CCU experience required Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered Additional Information ICU RNs provide critical care to patients with acute and complex conditions Rotation between 36 and 48 hour work weeks is required First time travelers are accepted Travel pairs are not permitted, except under specific unit needs Dress code and scrub details follow hospital standards American Traveler Job ID P-673853.
