You will be part of our Front Office team, responsible for ensuring the efficient handling of all group, VIP, and special request reservations for our hotel. Key Responsibilities: Interact with Sales Managers regarding the proper handling of their groups, ensuring a coordinated and tailored guest experience. Collaborate with Housekeeping to prioritize VIP arrivals and expedite room readiness, enhancing guest satisfaction. Prepare Express Check-ins, expediting the check-in process for arriving guests and enhancing their arrival experience. Why Join Us?
