About the Role We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution for products that help businesses reduce financial costs. You'll be the bridge between engineering, design, marketing, and sales - translating ideas into impactful, market-ready solutions. In this role, you'll combine technical expertise with product intuition, ensuring we deliver high-quality features that drive measurable results. What You'll Do Define Product Strategy & Roadmaps - Set the vision, build and maintain product roadmaps, and ensure alignment with company goals through market research, customer feedback, and business needs. Collaborate Across Teams - Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to launch products successfully and ensure their ongoing evolution. Make Data-Driven Decisions - Track KPIs, analyze large datasets, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Lead Agile Delivery - Oversee sprint planning, backlog management, and the end-to-end product lifecycle to ship high-quality features on time. Leverage the Right Tools - Use Linear, Figma, and analytics to streamline workflows, manage priorities, and visualize insights. Stay Ahead of the Market - Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging tech to keep our products competitive. What You'll Bring BA/BS in a technical or analytical field. 3+ years of product management experience Proven success managing software products from ideation to launch, including vision setting, prioritization, design, and go-to-market execution. Ability to lead and influence small, cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Skilled at evaluating trade-offs and keeping customer value at the center of decisions. Comfortable working with large datasets to uncover actionable insights.
