Strategic Project Fellow

Our client is seeking a high-capacity, early-career professional who can step into a variety of fast-moving projects and drive them forward with minimal oversight. This is an ideal opportunity for an MBA student, recent graduate, or an exceptionally sharp undergrad with a bias for action and an appetite for meaningful work. You'll partner closely with leadership to keep critical initiatives moving-especially those with long-term strategic value-so that our core team can stay focused on execution. Analyze large-scale clinical, diagnostic, and imaging datasets to extract meaningful insights and validate model performance Support regulatory and validation efforts with clear, rigorous data summaries and visualizations Stay abreast of developments in the AI/healthcare ecosystem Operational support and project management Comfortable translating complex data into language that's clear, compelling, and accessible to both clinicians and lay audiences Who You Are A highly motivated generalist who thrives in dynamic, unstructured environments Comfortable juggling multiple priorities, quickly synthesizing information, and turning ideas into action A strong writer, clear communicator, and thoughtful collaborator Energized by purpose-driven work at the intersection of tech and health Experienced with or interested in early-stage companies, neuroscience, or digital health This role is based in Boston with majority of the time working in the office.
